Hey, I’m Nisa – an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) passionate about helping you feel your best through realistic, empowering nutrition advice.

I specialise in women’s health and sustainable weight management, supporting people through all stages of life—from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum, PCOS, and menopause.

My goal is simple: to help you nourish your body in a way that feels natural and enjoyable, not overwhelming or restrictive. I believe healthy eating should fit into your lifestyle—not the other way around.

My journey into dietetics began in high school, where I first became fascinated with how food affects our health and wellbeing. That passion led me to complete a Bachelor of Nutrition Science, followed by a Master of Dietetics. Now, I run my own private practice where I work 1:1 with clients, providing evidence-based support tailored to your unique goals.
